Members Are Owners
A Co-Op belongs to the people who use it. Member-owners share equally in the control of the Co-Op, meeting regularly, reviewing detailed reports and electing directors from among themselves. The directors in turn hire management to oversee the Co-Op's day-to-day affairs in a way that serves the members' interests.

Who Can Join
Any individual or corporation anywhere in the world who can make use of its services and agrees with the principles and values of a cooperative can join the the Co-Op.
